We heard this from one of our students - and it is what we care about the most: creating an experience where kids want to learn and where they learn a lot.  In our programs (math, robotics, coding, professional skills, and internships), kids learn by building, moving, creating, experiencing, and interacting.  

For example, kids learn critical thinking skills by designing a robot that moves and competes like a sumo wrestler.  They learn math by applying it to everyday life: ordering chocolate milkshakes at a restaurant, figuring out change from a purchase at a toy store, designing their ideal bedroom, playing basketball and calculating their own stats, and creating their own business idea.  

For students, we build confidence and skills that matter.  For parents, we bring peace of mind that their child is building on their natural gifts and talents .  We offer these programs at our one-of-a-kind learning center and/or on-site at schools.


Professional SKills Bootcamp & Internships

We partner with schools and businesses to provide career-focused experiential learning opportunities for middle and high school students. Our professional skills boot camp is an intensive program that gives students the interpersonal and business skills they need to be successful. Example workshops in the program include: Making a Good First Impression, Business Etiquette, Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication, Problem Solving, Researching a Company/Industry, and Microsoft Office Skills.

Students then get to apply what they've learned through exposure to a variety of businesses across different industries, interacting at professional lunches and networking events, participating in our Interactive Career Fairs, and working as interns at partner companies. This unique program provides an amazing experience for students and is very rewarding for the companies who work with them.           


CODING & Game Design

Interested in creating animated stories and video games? Here’s your chance to try it out!

Game Design is a great program for kids who are curious, creative, and like technology. It teaches kids the foundations of programming and enables them to design/build video games and animated stories. Throughout the workshops, the kids create music, build animations, create custom characters, and develop prototypes.

The program also develops critical thinking skills and logic, encourages creativity, and builds introductory coding skills. Kids then use these skills to work through coding challenges using Tynker programming software and drag-and-drop code blocks (for middle school students) or JavaScript (for high school students). At the end of the course, students showcase their own original games they've created.

The LEGO Robot workshops ignite a child's desire to learn - and keep learning - by stimulating curiosity, creativity, and
critical thinking.  Our teachers integrate math, science, technology, and teamwork to create a positive, fun, learning environment.

Elementary School Students: Your child will build a motorized robot (e.g., an airplane, car, alligator, bird…or something from their own imagination) and program it to start/stop, move forward/backward, turn, and make sounds like thunder, lasers, and much more.

Middle School Students: Your child will program a LEGO MindStorm robot to complete our challenging indoor track.  The robot will face various obstacles, and your child will find creative ways to overcome
them using programming and sensors (light, sound, touch) to control
the robot's movements.

At Circuit Learning, we use specific and effective techniques to help the kids in our program succeed.  In each session at our learning center, kids aim to complete the Circuit focused on a particular skill. The next class, they go through the Circuit again, with a new skill focus.  It's an exciting and stimulating way to keep kids coming back and excited about math.

Individualized Workshops:  We meet your child at his/her own level. Our onside math teachers, online workshops (on iPads and laptops), and assessments ensure your child is working at his/her own level of challenge...no boredom, no frustration, faster math progress and greater confidence.

Real-Life Application:  Our design/architecture center, restaurant, and sports/movement space mean that kids are active and having fun. Kids need to move, interact, build, create to be at their best… especially after a long day of school!  And, this type of learning sticks. We make sure they view math as fun and relevant...by making it fun and relevant!

Homework Help:  We ease day-to-day stress of completing homework and preparing for tests. The outcome? Less stress at home and more success at school. Maybe you don't remember, for example, how to solve for exponents with fractional bases. That can make it tough to help your child. Each session we help your child get off to a strong start on their homework. So you can breathe a sigh of relief.

Rewards:  The kids work hard and make great progress. So we acknowledge and reward hard work (the "input") to help kids build good habits. We separately reward math progress (the "output"). Kids earn a COW for each math skill that they successfully learn. COWs are points that can be redeemed for prizes, ranging from bouncy balls to headphones. With us, kids are motivated to be their best.
